Pierre Auger Observatory : Member – Institution Representative (ISS)

• Since November 15th, 2012, ISS Bucharest became associated group to the Pierre Auger Collaboration: Accept_ISS, ISS-Auger-Press-Release
  

• Since March 13th, 2014, Romania became full member of the Pierre Auger Collaboration: Auger Press Release ISS 2014, MoU ISS 140401-signed
• On 16th of November 2015 it has been decided the continued activity of the Pierre Auger Observatory for another decade with upgraded detectors (until 2025): Auger Press Release ISS 2015 – AugerPrime
• By end of 2018, we have implemented at ISS the first Auger remote control room in Romania, having already in 2019, between 22 July-8 August, the first remote shift done successfully!
